The first step of this very short process is to get in touch with us. Use the contact form below and let us know the details of your property. Please provide us with as much as information as you can to hasten our review process. We don’t need to visit your house to conduct a review and valuation; we have a proprietary software which allows us to scan the sales record of all similar properties around the region from the comfort of our office.
Our evaluation to determine the preliminary value of your home will take less than a day. Once we have arrived at a figure, we will call you within 24 hours to discuss the best offer we can make for your home. During the call, we will also discuss your current financial situation. We will do our very best to incorporate your needs with our internal process to ensure that you are adequately taken care off. You are free to ask us any question you might have during our discussion. Once we have reached a verbal agreement, we will put the offer in writing and send it to you electronically and by regular post.
While you’re waiting with a cup of tea at home, we’ll be organising for two independent real estate agents to visit your property. They will make a thorough and comprehensive on-site appraisal of your house before reporting back to us. Our in-house legal unit will then verify the information, review the feedback of the appraisers, and if everything is in order, we will move forward to the final step.
To ensure that your interest is looked after, we will appoint an independent solicitor, at our expense, to represent you. The solicitor will get in touch with you first before meeting with our own solicitors. The solicitor will then provide you with the documentation which you need to complete and submit. Once we have received the signed documents, disbursement of funds can be made.
